We will present a complete and competitive home price for your review.
Creating the Construction Agreement, which will include the price of the home, construction timeline, change orders, mandatory clauses, warranty, insurance, occupancy, etc.
The construction process begins and a confirmed completion date is established.
Paragon Custom Homes, LLC provides total flexibility during the construction process, gladly making field changes to the original contract as may be requested.
We will conduct a complete and thorough Pre-Settlement Orientation (PSO) of your new home with you.
Occupy, test-drive, and enjoy!!! Any issues can be addressed through Customer Service Request (CSR) forms.
